Thanks for your comment. Dealing with users is a major problem for some companies, so much that they go out of the way to avoid it. It's usually a scale thing. I can answer individual emails because I have less than 10 coming in per day. It lets my users feel connected to my app and allows me to address their problems quickly. Google, sadly, would need entire buildings of people to deal with problems across their software. At least they can afford it…

For over a year, Google Blog Search has been (believe it or not) incorrectly indexing many Blogger blogs (possibly all of them), and returning incomplete results when they're searched. Folks have worn out three threads on the Blogger help forum, but Blogger/Google doesn't seem to care about listening or fixing it. And so here I am writing a rant of mine own as a disgruntled customer who just wants someone at Google/Blogger to listen.
